Reaz told us "Last year, the coaching sessions focused mostly on the basics, like shots, short routines, various exercises to enhance speed and agility especially, and towards the end of the 6 sessions, some doubles strategy was covered. Videos of individual players were used to draw attention to specific aspects of certain shots and correct any weaknesses.
This year, intermediate and advanced players will be coached as two separate groups. Building on what was covered last year, these sessions will focus more on advanced in-game tactics and routines (concentrating on doubles) as well as addressing individual players' games and shots. More sophisticated video equipment will be employed to facilittate achieving these aims, in addition to screening clips from world-class doubles players."

KADCA Coaching Sessions with Reaz Vawda
Following the success of last year's coaching sessions, Reaz Vawda returns to KADCA for six evening coaching sessions, open to all KADCA Badminton Club Members.
This is a unique opportunity to gain serious knowledge of the tactics and strategy used in the game, and would be beneficial to players of Intermediate and Advance levels.
The first session is on Thursday 16th September, @7.30pm in Baldoyle Badminton Centre, and runs for six sessions on Thursdays thereafter.
The sessions cost €30, which is payable on the first night.
